At Debut, we stand behind the quality of our work. We want you to be happy with your new profile photos. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for our AI-enhanced dating profile photo services.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the AI-generated photos we deliver, you are eligible for a full refund, subject to the conditions below.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund if you are unsatisfied with the photos we deliver, provided your request is made within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days from the date your photos are delivered, no refunds will be issued.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@yourdebut.cowith the subject line “Refund Request” and include your first name, the email address associated with your order, and a brief explanation of why you are unsatisfied with the delivered photos.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method through Stripe. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: requests made more than 30 days after delivery of your photos; dissatisfaction with dating app results (matches, conversations, or dates), as we cannot guarantee outcomes on third-party platforms; failure to submit usable photos as outlined in our submission guidelines; or if you provided inaccurate or misleading information during the intake process.

Cancellations Before Delivery

If you wish to cancel your order before we have delivered any photos, you may request a full refund at any time by emailing hello@yourdebut.co. Once photos have been delivered, the 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies.

One Refund Per Customer

Our satisfaction guarantee is limited to one refund per customer. If you purchase our services again after receiving a refund, subsequent purchases are not eligible for an additional refund.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
