These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website yourdebut.co and the services provided by Debut Creative LLC (“Debut,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our website or purchasing our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

Services

Debut provides AI-enhanced dating profile photo services. We currently offer two packages:

Profile Overhaul ($299): Six AI-assisted profile photos curated and reviewed by our creative team, plus strategic photo ordering for your primary dating app, with revisions until you are completely satisfied.

VIP Package ($499): Everything in Profile Overhaul, plus a tailored photo set (up to twelve photos total) curated across up to three dating apps (currently Tinder, Bumble, and Hinge), custom bios written for your personality, prompt answers crafted to start real conversations, and opening message templates.

Specific deliverables and pricing are described on our website at the time of purchase and may change over time.

How It Works

Our service flow has four parts:

1. Free intake assessment.You submit our intake form at yourdebut.co/assessment with your name, email, gender, relationship goal, dating apps, and screenshots of your current profiles. Our team uses AI tools (Anthropic's Claude) and human review to produce a personalized written assessment, which we deliver to you by email at a unique, non-indexable URL. There is no charge for this assessment.

2. Optional package purchase. If you choose to proceed with a paid package, you check out via Stripe.

3. Photo generation. You submit additional reference photos. We build a digital twin of your likeness and ask you to approve it before generating any new images. We then generate candidate photos using AI, and our team hand-picks the final deliverables.

4. Delivery. We deliver your finished photos and copy as a downloadable digital package by email.

Your Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to the following: you will only submit photos of yourself and not of any other person without their explicit consent; all information you provide is accurate and truthful; you will not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose; and you will not submit content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on any third party's rights.

Photo Submissions

You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use all photos you submit to us. You grant Debut a limited, non-exclusive license to use your submitted photos solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. This license terminates when we delete your photos from our systems.

Ownership of Delivered Photos

Upon delivery and full payment, you own the AI-generated photos we create for you. You are free to use them on your dating profiles, social media, and for personal use.

We do not use your delivered photos in our marketing, portfolio, or promotional materials unless you provide separate, explicit written consent.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our photos are created using artificial intelligence and may not perfectly replicate real-world photography. While we strive for high-quality, realistic results, AI-generated images may contain minor imperfections or artifacts. Results vary based on the quality and variety of photos you submit.

You acknowledge that AI-generated photos are representations based on your likeness and may not be identical to traditional photographs. Debut does not guarantee any specific outcome regarding dating app matches, conversations, or dates resulting from the use of our photos.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change. By purchasing a package, you agree to pay the listed price in full at the time of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Debut Creative LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Debut Creative LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, or suitability of our AI-generated photos for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your expectations or that the results will lead to any specific outcome on dating platforms.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Debut Creative LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone at our discretion, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or are using our services for any harmful or unlawful purpose.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Wyoming.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
